Description

Limescale is the most common cause of coffee machine failures, so it is very important to descale it in a timely manner! The new effective De’Longhi “EcoDecalk” descaling liquid removes limescale from the water system of the coffee machine. Laboratory tests and experiments have shown that this descaling liquid is three times more effective than conventional descaling agents. Take care of your coffee machine and it will always make you delicious coffee.

How to use the care product?

200 ml of the care product is enough for two uses. For one use, you need to dilute 100 ml of the liquid with 400 ml of water.

– If you have a fully automatic coffee machine (with grinder), select the descaling program and press the button (follow the user manual for the specific model). If you have a semi-automatic coffee machine, remove the brewing arm and place an empty container on the arm.

– Run the entire water and liquid solution through the coffee maker in four batches, every five minutes.

– Then repeat with clean water. Finally, clean the water container thoroughly.

How often should I use the care product?

This largely depends on the hardness of your water: the harder the water, the more often the coffee machine needs to be descaled (fully automatic coffee machines have the ability to store the water hardness – this way the coffee machine will notify you when it is necessary to use the descaling program).
